What is a Gift Card?

A Craftopia gift card is redeemable towards all products, useable multiple times until its balance goes to zero, including shipping fees, before its expiration date (may apply) indicated in the email you receive with the gift card.
The gift card may either be purchased on Craftopia or may be gifted to you by someone else. If it is self purchased, please allow 1-3 days of order processing time before we deliver the gift card to you.
The gift card can be redeemed in any currency based on the local exchange rate at the time of purchase. Your default currency will be set based on your first purchase.
All gift cards are delivered by email.
When you enter your gift card code at checkout, the amount paid will be immediately deducted from your total Gift Card balance.
If your total order amount exceeds your Gift Card balance, you may select other payment methods to pay for the remaining amount. Any remaining balance on the gift card after purchase can be used for future purchases before its expiration date.

Gift cards can be used with a coupon code at the same time in an order.
Gift cards cannot be used with store credits at the same time in an order.

Gift cards cannot be cancelled or returned once they are purchased and/or used. If an order is paid with a gift card, the refund will be returned to the gift card balance.
If the refund occurs after the validity period of the gift card, we will refund you with a store credit.
If you return a product (including shipping fees) purchased with a combination of gift cards and other payment methods (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Paypal), the refund is first applied to the Gift Card, up to the original amount of the Gift Card. Any excess amount will then be refunded to the original payment method.

Here are the most common reasons that you haven’t received your gift card:

Your email address is incorrect.
The gift card has been sent to your spam folder.
Your firewall has blocked the email.
Your email inbox is full.

Craftopia is not responsible for any destroyed, lost, stolen, or unauthorized gift cards.Please store your gift card information in a safe place.

Craftopia reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or for other violations of our Gift Card Policy.

When you enter a coupon code at checkout, a discount will be applied to your order immediately.
The coupon codes might be distributed directly to your coupon list, while you could choose the available coupon to apply at checkout.
Each coupon code is for one-time use only.
Each coupon code has a unique expiration date indicated on each coupon.
Each order must meet the minimum purchase amount based on the specified coupon code policy to be eligible for coupons.
One coupon code can be combined with one store credit or gift card in an order.
If an order using a coupon code is canceled, the coupon code remains valid before its expiration date and can be re-used.
